Reunification, foster care, and adoption are not the end of a child’s story - they are the beginning of a new chapter for the whole family. Our Aftercare & Follow-Up Team will provide intentional, ongoing support to children and families after placement through regular home visits, relationship building, assessment, encouragement, and connection to resources when challenges arise.
Funding this campaign will help provide a dedicated staff position as well as the transportation and practical costs required to reach families throughout the region. It means we can continue showing up, not just to see how a child is doing, but to strengthen the family around them.
Because our goal isn’t simply to place a child in a family. It’s to help that family stay healthy, strong, and together.
